CFO

Responsibilities

  • Drive the company’s financial planning
  • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
  • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
  • Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

Senior Government Liaison

Responsibilities

  • Drive the company’s government relations efforts
  • Assist government in analyzing tax revenue risks and matching system capabilities to stakeholder needs
  • Interface with government stakeholders, including but not limited to mayors, city council, board of supervisors, economic development, county commissioner, and state legislative officials to achieve success in platform onboarding, implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Coach government workers on grant requirements
  • Assist government workers in filling out grant applications
  • Manage stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience within federal, state, or municipal government or 8+ years as an elected official

Ruby On Rails Developer

Job Description
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
  • Integration of data storage solutions {{may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.}}
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic

Senior Low Code Engineer

Job Description
  • Develop applications using a low-code development platform, setting up and configuring systems.
  • Deliver  enterprise applications with minimal traditional coding needed
  • Work with three key elements: form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, entity builder
  • Research and analyze internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them
  • Building technology like a software engineer, but faster and smarter using productivity tools 
  • Strong confidence in leading customer project engagements is essential

Experience

If you are naturally drawn to technology and understand it, if you’re guided by a collaborative and communicative spirit in a dynamic software development environment, then you might be a match. But if we were to be more specific, ideally you already have: 

    • Knowledge with Pipefy, Pipedrive, Zapier and other PowerApps a plus
    • Minimum (2) years experience with:technical Support, specializing in software and problem diagnosis
    • Leading and planning technical software implementation processes
    • Working with customers to capture and define requirements

Hard Skills

  • Carry out solution testing: ensure efficient on-boarding processes for new clients; carry out root-cause analysis to develop logical conclusions and suggest alternative configurations
